Bertrand brings extensive international engineering and project management experience across offshore oil & gas, renewables and mining sectors. Based in Perth, he leads Grispen Australia's business development and project delivery operations across the APAC region. Bertrand has run mega projects up to AUD4b and spearheaded teams of project directors and managers.
Alexis holds a Master's in Engineering from Grenoble INP, France and in Total Quality Management from Chalmers University, Sweden. He worked in Aberdeen, then Houston, for Technip and British Petroleum, executing projects from USD 30M to USD 2B across the USA, France, England, West Africa and Trinidad & Tobago. He holds the PMP certification and founded Grispen Technologies in 2015.
Brian brings deep hands-on experience in renewable energy project delivery across Australia. He held senior leadership roles at Monford Group — one of Australia's leading construction companies — including Chief Operations Officer and Chief Technology & Innovation Officer, where he oversaw large-scale solar and renewable EPC project execution across Western Australia. Prior to that, he served as Senior EPC Project Manager and Project Manager at juwi Renewable Energy Pty Ltd, managing utility-scale solar farm developments across Australia. Brian now leads Grispen Australia's solar sector development, combining his construction and operations expertise with Grispen's engineering and project management capabilities.
