Grispen Australia provides dedicated fabrication surveillance services to ensure structural, mechanical and piping fabrication is completed to specification, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Workshop Surveillance
Regular shop visits, progress reporting and non-conformance identification during fabrication.
Dimensional Inspection
Dimensional checks against approved drawings and tolerance verification.
WPS/PQR Review
Weld procedure specification and procedure qualification record review for compliance.
NDT Witnessing
Witnessing of non-destructive testing (UT, MT, PT, RT) and review of NDT reports.
Factory Acceptance Testing
FAT witnessing, test procedure review and test report acceptance.
NCR Management
Non-conformance report raising, tracking and disposition coordination through to closeout.
